In cumulative terms, after -0.9% y-o-y in Q1-2020, in the first half of 2020 worldwide flows of Sparkling Wine highlighted a decrease of -17.7% in $ compared to the same period of 2019.
As regards major competitors, in the first 3 quarters of 2020 all the main exporting countries of Sparkling Wine recorded a negative result in USD values compared to the same period of 2019, especially France (whose exports of Sparkling Wine recorded an decrease of -26.8% y-o-y in $); on the other hand, Italy (-2.9%) highlighted the less negative performance.
